The Rayos Platform uses the Time.ly plugin to power site calendars and event submission interfaces. It’s a responsive calendar that looks great on both desktop and mobile site widths.

Checklist

  • Decide whether you would like an email notification whenever a website visitor submits an event
  • Provide the email address event submission notifications should go to
  • Send a list of events exported from your current calendar to your project coordinator. (See below for preferred formats)

Exporting Events From Your Current Calendar

If possible, export your events in a spreadsheet or CSV format. If a spreadsheet or CSV file isn’t available, provide an ICS file or ICS feed URL.

If neither of these options is available, tell your project coordinator the types of options your current calendar has for exporting events. Your project coordinator will then provide further instructions.
