Amazon SES (‘From’ Email)
Your site will be set up with an email that acts as the “from” email for any automated responses from features or form submissions. Examples of these automated responses include:
- Form submission confirmations
- Editorial notifications of form submissions

Set Up ‘From’ Email Address
Confirm to your Project Coordinator you have an email address set up that will act as your site’s “From” address.
- The email must be an email associated with the site domain
- The Rayos Team requires noreply@yoursite.com as the email address
Validate Email Address
Once you have confirmed your site’s email address is set up, we will have Amazon Web Services send a validation link to that email address. The email will come from no-reply-aws@amazon.com. You will need to click on the link to associate the email with your site.
Important: The validation link will expire 24 hours after it is sent. If the validation link is not clicked before it expires, Amazon will send subsequent emails with new validation links each day for three days. If none of the validation links are clicked before they expire over those three days, we will have to request Amazon Web Services send a new round of validation emails.
