Over the course of time, changes in the plugin, site code, word presses code or third party code may cause the plugin to have display, functionality or usability problems. If this happens, GTxcel can help.
What You Need To Provide
1. The name of the plugin with the problem
2. Links to the page(s) with the problem
3. What You expect to happen and what is really happening
4. Steps to reproduce the problem
What You Get
GTxcel developers will do a quick review the problem and give you a range of points that it would take to fix it (for example 12-24 points). You will need to authorize a point cap for the developer. Once authorized, the developer will work on the problem until either it is fixed or they hit the cap.
If the problem is fixed in less time then the cap, the developer will indicate the actual time they spent in the ticket and you will only be charged for that time (The Development rate is 12 points per hour).
If they can not fix the problem by the time they have hit the cap, they will indicate how much more time they think they would need to fix the problem and how confident they are that they have a path towards final resolution. You will be able to decide at that point how to proceed.
